July 4th 2008 Save (re-upload)

Place the .cht file in the overall Project 64 folder, and the .fla file in it's save folder.

Right click No Mercy once you open Project 64 and select "Edit Cheats"
Just turn on "Bettering the Game" and "Current Roster Movelists".
